Our Mission
“To be a supportive Christian community for those involved in the production and distribution of visual media; encouraging and networking to communicate Christ to the world.”
ICVM is a community of Christians involved in bringing the message of Christ to the world through the use of media. As an organization, we are committed to bringing together like-minded individuals with the same passion, and helping our members multiply their effectiveness through every possible opportunity.
ICVM started with the advent of the Christian film industry. Many companies formed to meet the demand of more and better quality dramatic movies with a spiritual emphasis. Children’s videos started to proliferate as more and more parents became frustrated with what was coming out of Hollywood.
Today ICVM is a consortium of producers and distributors making a difference in the world through visual media. The ICVM membership family includes media organizations and media missionaries as well as individual video producers, independent writers, directors, actors and even some individuals who are simply interested in supporting Christian films and filmmakers.

Paul Sirmons, President
Paul Sirmons is an independent filmmaker with over 30 years experience, who served as Florida’s State Film Commissioner in the office of then-Governor Jeb Bush from 2005 to 2008. He now focuses on family and faith-based product, most recently producing the movie TE ATA, and line-producing the faith-based movies Home Run and Letters to God, as well as the Dr. James Dobson documentary series, Building A Family Legacy, and To Write Love On Her Arms.
Chris Rogers, Board Member
President of CDR Communications, which has produced seven television series, twenty-four radio series, and released hundreds of audio and video products.
Nancy Rogers, Director of Operations
Nancy has a long history with ICVM. Her company has been attending ICVM since 1992. She has been part of the film community since 1984 where she has been involved producing film and televison programming that has changed lives around the world.
Dianne Becker, Past President
Winner of two regional Emmy’s and a background in television news, Dianne is a freelance documentary producer & film-maker with experience in three feature films, including End of the Spear.
Marc Harper, Board Member
Over the last 18 years, Marc has served many studios, producers and distributors and helped pioneer the resurgence of church movie nights. Marc has served on marketing teams launching movies such as Woodlawn, The Song, October Baby, Soul Surfer and Fireproof.
Jared Geesey, Board Member
Jared Geesey was vice President of Christian Cinema where he launched the only transactional digital video platform exclusively for the Christian market. Under his leadership, Christian Cinema achieved the 2016 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award amongst the top 4% of ecommerce companies. He recently pioneered a new marketing & distribution strategy for content on Christian Cinema with the first tv series broadcast on Facebook live. Contact him at [email protected]
Isaac Hernandez, Board Member
Isaac has over 40 years experience in the industry, including directing and producing hundreds of TV shows for the Trinity Broadcasting Network. He was also a programming executive for the network. Isaac was the director of PAXtv’s flagship show GREAT DAY AMERICA when the network first launched. Currently, as Vice President of Programming and Syndication, Isaac is responsible for the acquisition and scheduling of Christian movies for Parables TV and Upliftv, a Faith based entertainment network on Directv.
Cameron Arnett, Board Member
Camy “Cameron” Arnett is a Minister and Entrepreneur, founder of BYOBB and CEO of CAPS: Camy Arnett Production Studios. He is married to Billi “BJ” Arnett and the father of 5 wonderful children. Maggie Riffler, Board Member
Maggie Riffler has 20+ years of experience in the audiovisual industry, She has worked in the Music business collaborating in the development of Spanish and Portuguese albums with Integrity Music as well as marketing and international distribution of other music labels in Latin America.
Rick Garside, Secretary / Treasurer
Writer/ Producer/ Director & independent filmmaker, a member of the Producer’s Guild of America. Through “Side By Side Films” Rick has been the creator of numerous award-winning dramas & television films.
